We follow the following guidelines/principals while photographing subjects.

The number one rule: the well-being of the animals takes precedence over any photo.
Do not distress wildlife or their habitat.
Learn the patterns of animal behavior to know if the animal is distressed.
Use long lenses so as to not need to get too close to animals.
Always stay on trails to lessen the impact on the ecosystem.
